This RMPL’s Tariff is for a person who operates a machine to play recorded music for dancing at a nightclub or party referring to disc-shaped phonograph records or any other mechanical or digital devise wherein Music (Sound recordings) are used as Background Score & may or may not be part of main Business.

This tariff is only for Public Performance of Music as prescribed u/s 2FF of Copyright Act 1957. If the storage of Music is involved then for additional License Fee refer Cat. 37
- Kindly Note: The above Tariff does not include:
- Any Public Performance u/s 2FF of Copyright Act 1957 or Any license for Banquet or Open Space used for Events or any other Event license fee.
