This RMPL’s Tariff is applicable for Buildings/Premises used for accommodation purpose and wherein Music (Sound Recordings) is used:

This tariff is only for Public Performance of Music as prescribed u/s 2FF of Copyright Act 1957 in Foyers, Lobbies, Elevators or any other non-commercial common area.

Kindly Note: The above Tariff does not include:

• Any Restaurant/ Pubs/ Bars
• Any Discotheque/ Lounge
• Any Banquet or Open Space used for Events
• Any Swimming Pool or Gymnasium or Saloon etc.
• Storage of Music
