This RMPL’s Tariff is applicable for A shopping centre is a collection of independent retail stores, services, and a parking area conceived, constructed, and maintained by a management firm as a unit wherein Music (Sound recordings) are used as Background Score & may or may not be part of main Business.

This tariff is only for Public Performance of Music as prescribed u/s 2FF of Copyright Act 1957. Common area means, the undivided parts of the mall. The areas such as parking lot, lawns, corridors, lobbies, elevators, atrium etc.
Kindly Note: The above Tariff does not include:
- Any Restaurant/ Pubs/ Bars
- Any Discotheque/ Lounge
- Any Banquet or Open Space used for Events
- Any Swimming Pool or Gymnasium or Saloon etc.
- Storage of Music
